We are incredibly proud to announce the appointment of Dr Ali Al Chami as UK Medical Director at Avenues.
This milestone reflects both Dr Ali’s exceptional leadership and Avenues’ rapid growth. In just a short time, Avenues has become the fastest-growing fertility clinic in the UK, and we are now preparing for our next chapter: transitioning from a single centre into a group of clinics across the UK in 2026.
As UK Medical Director, Dr Ali will support and oversee our growing team of Avenues consultants nationwide, ensuring clinical excellence, consistency of care, and the highest standards across every patient journey.
The expansion of Avenues has been shaped with intention. Our new group of consultants has been hand-picked by Dr Ali, reflecting a shared philosophy of personalised, evidence-led care combined with warmth, clarity, and respect for each individual journey.
With this promotion and expanded responsibility, Dr Ali will lead a team of doctors who will perform theatre-based procedures under his clinical direction. Patients will continue to benefit from his active management of their care, including consultations, treatment planning, second opinions, and clinical decision-making and oversight.
He will remain closely involved at every stage of the patient journey, ensuring continuity and consistency for those who place their trust in him. All care will continue to reflect the meticulous attention to detail, clinical rigour, and compassion for which he is widely known, while this shift enables Dr Ali to focus fully on clinical leadership across the UK without losing the deeply personalised approach that defines his work with patients.
