We absolutely loved the team at Avenues. … They spoke to us like humans and were so positive and upbeat. Going through IVF is really stressful and they made the journey so much easier. We're so grateful to the team and Dr Ali…
We have currently completed an egg collection with Avenues and feel extremely well cared for and most importantly that we're in exactly the right place. Their AI-driven approach gives us as patients that peace of mind that we're optimising any marginal gains… the nursing team are so lovely and our doctor (Daniella) has been fantastic…
Every single staff member I have met during my journey have moved me with their kindness. I've never felt so valued when receiving a service before. They are always ready to answer any of your questions, and are happy to give you the time you need to feel reassured.
…continuity of care - seeing the same consultants at every appointment makes a massive difference … There is also a lot to be said for the embryologists and the lab (they use a revolutionary AI technology and patients can monitor embryos as they grow to blastocyst stage).
Professional, kind team, modern and clean clinic, convenient location, proactive appointment scheduling.
I had an outstanding experience at my hospital appointment. My doctor Montse was incredibly professional and proactive from check-in to follow-up. … I felt listened to, respected, and well cared for throughout.
It was an amazing experience, I felt at ease … they always replied to my questions and making sure I was ok. Romane and Dr Javier have been amazing
Jenny and Kim made the whole experience fantastic — everything was explained clearly, and nothing was ever too much trouble. They really made a stressful situation feel easy.
A very clean facility. Staff were amazing, caring and friendly. I was carried along with every step of the treatment and I never felt left out.

For national success rate data and guidance on choosing a fertility clinic, please refer to the HFEA’s Choose a Fertility Clinic tool. Please note that success rates alone offer limited insight when comparing clinics, and should be considered alongside other factors such as patient care and treatment options. 1 The HFEA currently uses live birth rate per embryo transferred as the main KPI to compare clinic performance. However, this metric does not always reflect what is best for patients. A more meaningful and patient-focused measure is live birth rate per patient, which captures the overall chance of success across a full treatment journey. Ultimately, success should be measured by how effectively a clinic helps each patient achieve a live birth, not just per embryo used. As our clinic is less than 2 years old, this data has been reported to but has not been verified by the HFEA. Other centres defined as meeting the Vienna Consensus Competency value. Worth noting that not all centres meet these standards. For Euploid embryos: INCLUSION: Elective single euploid transfer, across all ages (average age 40), all embryo quality. For untested embryos: INCLUSION: Elective SET untested embryos, across all ages. EXCLUSION: Poor quality embryos that are often not considered for treatment in other centres [Day 7, C grade, unexpanded blastocysts or cleavage transfers]. Additional exclusions for all results: OVOM & Lisa Stradiotto patients; Recurrent miscarriage (>3 failed previous transfers), Based on January 2024-February 2025.

3 Pillars Behind Every Journey

Fertility care should feel human. From the warm hello to the quiet support after a tough day, we’ve designed every detail to make you feel seen, safe, and supported.

We integrate the most advanced fertility science — AI, robotics, and data analytics — to personalise your care at every step. This is precision medicine, designed for your unique path.

We don’t believe in confusing pathways or hidden costs. You’ll have clear answers, honest guidance, and access to affordable care that never compromises on quality.
In vitro fertilisation (IVF) is a fertility treatment where eggs are collected and fertilised with sperm in a laboratory. One embryo is then transferred to the uterus, or embryos are frozen for future use.
IVF may be recommended for a range of reasons, including difficulties conceiving naturally, blocked or damaged fallopian tubes, male factor infertility, ovulation issues, endometriosis, or when using donor sperm or donor eggs.
IVF allows fertilisation to occur naturally in the lab, while ICSI involves injecting a single sperm directly into the egg. Avenues is the only clinic in London to include ICSI as a standard of care, and not as an additional cost or add-on.
This package is designed for patients who need a personalised treatment plan or who do not meet the eligibility criteria for Fair IVF. Your consultant will help guide you to the most appropriate IVF pathway based on your medical history and goals.
A tier 1 level of medications is included. Additional medications may be prescribed depending on your personalised treatment plan and are charged separately. This could be due to immunology factors or higher dosage of medication needed.
Yes. We offer flexible payment plans to help make IVF accessible. Speak with our team for personalised options.
A fresh transfer involves transferring an embryo in the same cycle as egg collection. A freeze-all cycle involves freezing embryos first and planning transfer in a later cycle. Your consultant will recommend the most appropriate approach for you.
Frozen embryo transfer is not included in this package and is priced separately. This allows flexibility in planning your treatment pathway.
There are no age or BMI limits for this IVF / ICSI package. Suitability for treatment is assessed individually by your consultant.
An IVF cycle typically takes around 4–6 weeks from the start of stimulation to embryo transfer or embryo freezing, though this can vary between patients.
Your consultant will review your outcome and discuss next steps at no additional cost to you. A plan may include a frozen embryo transfer or future treatment options depending on your circumstances.
This IVF / ICSI package is a single-cycle pathway. Impact IVF is a multi-cycle programme designed for longer-term planning and patients who may benefit from egg batching.
Yes. A consultation is required to review your history, investigations, and to design a personalised treatment plan before starting any IVF cycle.
Yes. Donor sperm or eggs can be used as part of an IVF cycle at an additional cost.
Our Navigator team will guide you through the donor selection process and any additional steps required.
You can check out our inclusive family building options for more information.
In most cases, a single embryo is transferred to reduce the risk of multiple pregnancy. Your consultant will discuss this with you as part of your treatment planning.
Yes. IVF is suitable for individuals and couples of all family structures. Treatment planning is personalised to your situation and needs.
Avenues is the only clinic in the UK to embed AI across every stage of your IVF journey. From assessing egg quality to selecting the healthiest sperm and identifying the best embryo for transfer, AI helps us make faster, more accurate, and more personalised decisions, improving your chances of success.
During ICSI, our AI system deeply analyses sperm in real time to choose the one most likely to fertilise an egg successfully. It looks at far more than just shape and movement—uncovering subtle patterns that manual techniques often miss. This leads to higher fertilisation rates and stronger embryos.
Our Embryo Intelligence platform tracks embryo development with time-lapse imaging and compares it to data from millions of previous cases. It predicts which embryos are most likely to implant, helping us select the best one for transfer and reducing the chance of miscarriage or failed cycles.
Yes! With our Patient App, you can view images of your embryos, access AI insights, and receive updates from our embryologists. It’s part of making your care more transparent, empowering, and emotionally connected.
At Avenues, your eggs and embryos are stored using TMRW, the world’s first robotic cryostorage system designed specifically for fertility. Unlike traditional manual systems, TMRW digitally tracks each sample, monitors conditions 24/7, and eliminates risks like mislabelling or temperature issues. It’s the most advanced and secure system available—and Avenues is the only clinic in London to offer it.
Our treatment packages include the medications required for a standard treatment protocol. The cost of these medications is included within your package price up to the applicable Package Medication Allowance.
Every patient’s treatment is personalised, with the exception of Fair IVF. If your Consultant determines that your treatment requires additional medications, higher medication dosages, or a longer course of medication than is included within your package, these medications are not included in your package price and will be charged separately.
Examples of medications or treatments that may incur additional charges include, but are not limited to:
If additional medication is clinically required, your Consultant will explain the medical reason for the recommendation. Before any additional medication is dispensed or treatment proceeds, your Patient Navigator will explain the associated costs and obtain your agreement.
Where possible, you will always be informed of any additional medication charges before these costs are incurred.
Take control of your timeline with a smarter, AI-powered IVF plan. Avenues is here to support you every step of the way.
