See if egg donation is right for youDonor-related costs, including the cost of donor eggs, are non-refundable under any circumstances. Guarantees and refunds on donor eggs are set by the egg bank they come from, whether you buy them through Avenues or directly from the bank, and each bank has its own criteria, such as sperm parameters. Everything else in your treatment follows our standard terms: if a cycle is cancelled, any services already completed are charged individually. Package prices are valid for 3 months from the date of your quote.
Reciprocal IVF: One partner provides the eggs, the other partner receives the transfer and carries the pregnancy.
If the cycle is cancelled, then all procedures that have been carried out will be charged individually. If no eggs are collected, then a refund of £1,200 is entitled for the HFEA fee, Extended blastocyst culture, AI Embryo Assessment and Patient Embryo Viewer and Frozen Embryo Transfer. If there is failure to fertilise, then a refund of £850 is entitled for the HFEA fee, Extended blastocyst culture and Frozen Embryo Transfer. If no embryos survive past day 4 then a refund of £500 is entitled for the HFEA fee and Frozen Embryo Transfer. If a refund is requested but not suggested by a member of the Avenues team, an admin fee of £400 is applicable.

Our treatment packages include the medications required for a standard treatment protocol. The cost of these medications is included within your package price up to the applicable Package Medication Allowance.
Every patient’s treatment is personalised, with the exception of Fair IVF. If your Consultant determines that your treatment requires additional medications, higher medication dosages, or a longer course of medication than is included within your package, these medications are not included in your package price and will be charged separately.
