Refunds & guarantee
If a treatment cycle is abandoned for medical or other reasons, prior to egg collection, a £500 cancellation fee will be incurred. If a treatment cycle is abandoned following egg collection, no refund will be available. Full details are in the FAIR IVF Terms and Conditions.

Refunds & guarantee: IVF / ICSI with 6 Donor Eggs
Donor-related costs, including the cost of donor eggs, are non-refundable under any circumstances. Guarantees and refunds on donor eggs are set by the egg bank they come from, whether you buy them through Avenues or directly from the bank, and each bank has its own criteria, such as sperm parameters. Everything else in your treatment follows our standard terms: if a cycle is cancelled, any services already completed are charged individually. Package prices are valid for 3 months from the date of your quote.

Your questions about costs, answered
How much does IVF cost in the UK?
Clinics set their own prices, so costs vary, and some quotes cover the procedure only and leave out medication, embryo freezing or admin fees. The HFEA advises comparing like with like. At Avenues, IVF with ICSI is £9,979 including standard medication, and Fair IVF starts from £2,949 for eligible patients.
What is included in the price?
Each package lists what it includes. Our IVF packages include ICSI, monitoring scans, egg collection, embryology and medication for a standard protocol up to the package allowance.
Is medication included?
Medication for a standard treatment protocol is included up to the package medication allowance. If your consultant recommends more, you are told about any extra cost before it is incurred.
How much does a frozen embryo transfer cost?
£3,579 per cycle.
How much does egg freezing cost?
£5,549 per cycle, including medication and 5 years of storage.
How much does IUI cost?
£2,149 for one cycle, or £5,849 for three.
Can I pay in instalments?
Yes, instalment plans are available on most of our most popular packages. Blue Light cardholders, NHS staff and teachers get 5% off applicable packages.
Can I have IVF on the NHS?
Depending on where you live in England, you may be entitled to one, two or three NHS-funded IVF cycles, or none. Your GP can tell you what applies in your area. Many patients choose private treatment to start sooner or because they don't meet local criteria.
Do I need to live in London?
No. Patients come to our London clinic in Euston from across the UK. Consultations, Fertility MOTs and treatment monitoring are also available in Cambridge, with Birmingham opening soon, and initial consultations can be held online.
