Mr Ali Al Chami is a fertility consultant and Medical director at Avenues, Euston. He completed his postgraduate training in obstetrics and gynaecology and became a member of the RCOG. He subsequently had 3 years clinical and research fellowship training in assisted conception and reproductive medicine at University College London Hospital. He has previously worked for 8 years at another leading London clinic, of which two years were as deputy medical director. He is a former speaker for the British Fertility Society IUI/ Embryo transfer Module.

Mr Al Chami is highly skilled in advanced 3D gynaecological ultrasound scanning, HyCoSy, and hysteroscopy. He has extensive experience in all aspects of fertility treatments and assisted conception. He has special interest in fertility preservation, recurrent implantation failure, reproductive immunology, recurrent miscarriage, genetics, egg donation, surrogacy, and tailoring stimulation protocols for poor responders. He has published on luteal support in assisted conception, PCOS, unexplained infertility, and endometrial polyps.

Consultant Gynaecologist, Specialist in Reproductive Medicine

Miss Nataly Atalla is a highly experienced senior general Consultant Gynaecologist specialising in Reproductive Medicine. Her expertise lies in the field of infertility and assisted conception, with a particular focus on reproductive immunology problems, recurrent miscarriage, and menopause-related issues. As a senior general gynaecologist, Miss Atalla also provides comprehensive care for various gynaecological conditions. These include pelvic pain, pelvic infections, abnormal or irregular periods, abnormal bleeding, menopause and hormone replacement therapy (HRT), gynaecological hormonal conditions such as polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS), and sexual problems such as painful sex or sex-related bleeding. Miss Atalla is the lead for gynaecology at Avenues responsible for setting up the hysteroscopy service and carrying out the first radio frequency ablation of fibroids in a private UK fertility setting in the UK.
