Refund Policy: 

If the cycle is cancelled, then all procedures that have been carried out will be charged individually. If the cycle is abandoned because of premature ovulation on the day of egg collection, then a refund of £500 is entitled for Egg freezing and AI Egg Intelligence & Patient Egg Viewer. If there are no eggs collected or the eggs collected are not suitable for freezing, then a refund of £150 is entitled for Egg freezing. If a refund is requested but not suggested by a member of the Avenues team, an admin fee of £400 is applicable.

    Available in 12 monthly installments of £787. Humm criteria apply.
    A 10% discount is offered on the 2nd Cycle. Discount is only applicable if paid all upfront. Includes the same items as one Egg Freezing Cycle and the same refund policy applies.

  • Egg Freezing 3 Cycles £13,349

    Available in 12 monthly installments of £1,112. Humm criteria apply.
    A 10% discount is offered on the 2nd Cycle. A 20% discount is offered on the 3rd cycle. Discount is only applicable if paid all upfront. Includes the same items as one Egg Freezing Cycle and the same refund policy applies.

If there is a failure on the egg thaw stage then a refund of £2300 is entitled to the patient for ICSI with AI sperm selection, extended blastocyst culture, AI Embryo Assessment and Patient embryo viewer, Fresh embryo transfer, HFEA fee. If there is failure to fertilise, then a refund of £850 is entitled for the HFEA fee, Extended blastocyst culture and Fresh Embryo Transfer. If no embryos survive past day 4 then a refund of £500 is entitled for the HFEA fee and Fresh Embryo Transfer. If a refund is requested but not suggested by a member of the Avenues team, an admin fee of £400 is applicable.
